We’re an Australian aged care and healthcare recruitment agency, founded by Chloe and Dennis Pili-Gaitau and led day to day by women who have worked the rosters they now staff. We place nurses, AINs, carers and support workers — casual, contract and permanent — across five cities and regional NSW and Victoria.
Contract Care Workforce is the new name for Contract Care Recruitment. Same team, same owners, same phone number — a name that better matches what we actually do, which is build workforces rather than just fill vacancies.
Why people choose us
One consultant, not a queue: providers and workers each deal with a named person who knows their history. Standards before speed: a minimum of six months’ experience, references verified and compliance documents current before a worker takes a first shift. Relationships that outlast placements — most of our work is repeat work.
Where support and connection come first
Care work is connection work, and the people we place should feel that from their agency too. Consultants answer after hours, check in during placements, and treat “how is it going?” as part of the job — not a survey.
